Ms Al-Subaie is a corporate and transactions specialist with more than a decade’s experience in both private practice and in-house, advising on large-scale infrastructure projects, complex technology transactions, and strategic alliances across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

Ms Al-Subaie distils complex technical and legal issues for clients in a simple and understandable way. Drawing on her sophisticated understanding of commercial matters, she provides holistic and commercially astute guidance to clients. Ms. Al-Subaie also helps bring complex transactions to completion by anticipating potential challenges that may arise.

Ms Al-Subaie began her legal career with an international law firm in London, qualifying as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales, and recently held roles including Legal Director (Acting Head of Legal) at NEOM and General Counsel and Company Secretary at the Fund of Funds Company (Jada).

Ms Al-Subaie joined Z&Co. in 2022 as Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial Law, bringing with her broad in-house and private practice experience, with a full understanding of corporate and commercial issues across both Saudi Arabia and Western jurisdictions.
